Even the towels were not replaced for the first 3 days, only after warning the staff they started to be replaced. During our week-long stay, the rooms were not cleaned even once. Another weak point was the cleaning service.

At that time it was only available in the lobby. On some days there was a shortage of drinking water in the bar. The water in the hotel is salty everywhere, which affects the quality of drinks. The coffee in the hotel is not drinkable. The drinks from the dispenser available in the bar were of very poor quality and the dispenser itself was so dirty that pouring a drink was bordering on vomiting. Snacks during the day usually lasted about an hour and were sandwiches of toasted bread with cheese and cold cuts of questionable quality, sometimes they were sliced apples and one day it was a tray of biscuits. The meals lacked typically Greek products. Breakfasts are mainly sweet, lack of vegetables and fruits. The biggest nightmare of this hotel is the food and drinks. The hotel premises also meet expectations. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated. Lots of love and thankfulness to the team from Emilie and Danny 😘😘😘 (Belgian/Dutch couple😉).
